Rules

Red team start with the ball and play 2 v 0 towards goal. Once the ball breaks the line then blue player will bring the ball onto the field to play 2 v 2 against red team. Once the ball is out of play then reds will bring a new ball onto the field to play 3 v 2. The last phase of play will be blue team bringing the ball onto the field to play 3 v 3.

Rules

Coach plays ball into the team who are in the middle zone and they attack 6 v 5 towards mini goal. If defending team wins the ball they try to play ball into opposite yellow target player to attack the opposite mini goal.
