Set cones approximately 15 yards apart (this can adjust depending on lesson)
Minimum number of players per set of cones is three
The players begin by dribbling towards the opposite cone
Coach should shout out instructions (ex. free touch, 2 touch, 4 touch, inside outside inside outside, laces and etc.)
Player receving the ball has a good first touch that promotes positive movement to their next dribble.
Change speeds, touch, distance of cones and cross cones for variation
