Set Up
The red team play across the square. The Blue team play up and down the pitch. The objective is for the ball to be switched across the square into the opposite target player.
Progression
- When the target player receives possession he can enter the pitch to create an overload, another player must replace him as the target player.

Set Up
Pitch is divided into thirds. Each third is allocated an amount of points. When the defending team wins possession their aim is to counter and score. If they win possession in the 5 point area and score the goal = 5 points. Middle 3rd = 2points, attacking 3rd = 1 point.
Challenges
1. Try to support the attack by being in front of the ball.
2. Try to change the speed of the attack with a 1st time pass

Set Up
20x20 square.
5 players on the outside of the square and two players inside the square.
The ball is pass from corner to corner of the square with each player following their pass. The receiver is to play a one-two around the corner cones with one of the middle players.
