Screen 1 (10 mins)

1) Mini Bands (Muscle temperature increase):

*High knee marches       *Quick step lateral and backward 

*SL RDL                          *Deep Squats 

*X-band steps

2) Dynamics + Locomotion:

- 2 dynamics up to top with a locomotive recovery

Dynamics = Sweeps, Kicks, Gates, Glute Sits, Lunges, Flicks, High Knees.

Locomotion = Jog, Backpedal, Skips, Hip switches, Foot taps.

3) Jumps/Plyos/Accels/Decels/COD 

*Landings = Broads, Verticals, SL Landings

*Plyos = Pogos, Hops, Zig Zag bounds, High Skip

*Start & Stops = 5m shuffle to 20m accel, 10m Short shuttle, 20m accel from jump, Left & right cuts.
