Once part 1 has completed, part 2 commences, where player C starts with a ball and drives towards the barrier near the D. Player C then 'eliminates' with a trick/move of his own choosing, and then shoots at the goal (either forehand shot or backhand tommahawk). After the shot player C runs to the goal for a tip-in. Player D sweeps-passes to player C (for his tip-in), but note that player D will first have to bring the ball 'out of the line'. Note that D must do this at high speed, and finally also note that neither C or D should ever have to stand still!
After the tip-in the drill immediately flows back to player A, which is described in exercise part 1.
Note that players C and D rotate with eachother. After a couple of rounds A and B can then switch roles with C and D.

Note that players C and D don't yet participate in this part. They start immediately (see part 2) when the action by A/B has completed.
Player A, who starts with the ball, passes to player B, which initiated the action by running around the cones (and hence. moves "in-the-ball" and then "from-the-ball"). Player B receives on his back-hand, runs to the D, lifts the ball and then passes with a lift-pass to player B (to finish with a forehand shot). Ensure that the "timing" of player A is aligned with player B so that player A can receive the ball whilst running (near the D). In fact, player A should never have to 'pause', nor should there be a need for a short-distance pass from A to B... make sure that everything in this exercise is executed in a 100% 'dynamic' manner.
The drill now immediately flows to player C (see exercise part 2).
Note: players A and B switch roles, they don't rotate with players C/D
