Organization:
1. 2 zones of 12X6 and 1 zone of 4 x 12 yard area.
2. 3 players into each zone.
Instructions:
1. Blues have to pass the ball each other.
2. Minimum 2 touches per player .
3. After 3 maximum passes, Blues must play a through ball to get a point.
4. Reds need to intercept or kick out the ball to get point.
5. One Red is allowed to close down and pressure in the offensive zone.
6. Rotate the defending team after each 2 minutes.
7. Competition between teams: The team that gains more balls win the game.
Coaching Points:
1.Recap of pressure and cover ( Roles and responsabilities of these players).
2. Role of 2nd defender = Cover the 1st defender.
3. Role of 3rd defender = Balance
4. Distance of support and timing of clothing down ( when )
5. Quick transition from 2nd - 3rd to 1st defender when the ball is passed.
Progressions:
P1:Defenders can attack when they win the ball.

1. Defenders can intercept - tackl to win the ball and transition to attack and score in the goals.
2. If they win the ball , transition to attack and score , defenders get 3 points.

2. Distance of support and timing of clothing down ( when )
3. Quick transition from 2nd - 3rd to 1st defender when the ball is passed.
4.Communication - Individual responsability: Strong in 1vs1- Be on time when pressing (Closer-Tight...)

Instructions:
1. Defending together.
2. If one player is in the offensive zone when the oppenents score, it's 2 points.
3. If there are 2 players of the defensive team in the offensive zone when they scored, the goal counts 3 points.

2. Quick transition from 2nd - 3rd to 1st defender when the ball is passed.

WARM UP (10 mins)
Organization:
2 Zones of 6x15 yards of area + 1 middle zone of 4x15
1 ball per 2 players.
Instructions:
1. Player A passes to player B - closes down and makes a pressure while the ball travals.
2. Player A must close down as quicker possible and be able to tag the receiver on his 1st touch.
3. Be able to tag the receiver before his 2nd touch
Coaching Points:
1. Closing down quickly to pressure..
2. Be able to touch the attacker when he is making his 1st touch.
3. Distance of reaction (1/2 yard/ Arm).
Progressions:
P1 : Player passes - closes down and drops back quickly and in being connected with the game.
P2 : Be able to tag the attacker before he turns and stops the ball on the shaded pitch area.
