Screen 1

Setup field and player as shown to play out of a goal kick on one vertical side of the field.

6 attacking players (plus GK) against 4 defensive players. Both teams players start on cones and positions where they would be a real game. The GK starts play by playing GK out to Def and play becomes live. The attacking team scores by possessing the ball over the halfline. But the CF can't be the player to score. The defending team tries to win the ball and go score in the big goal. If the play goes out of bounds, play always restarts from a new goal kick.

Switch defensive players with attacking players every 2-3 minutes.

Extra Players

- Have extra players off the field and the rotate in for a player in their position every 2 balls.

- Can add a 5 defender to play behind & mark the CF.

Variations:

- Can add a 5 defender who defends the CF so game is 6v5.

- Can add a big goal or small goals past halfline for the attacking team to score in.
