Each progression should be a continous 7 minutes
Warmup is just a passing sequence, the first (A) is a pass to the point of the arrow, followed by a pass to either side of the arrow, that player then dribbles the ball to the base. The next pass then goes to the opposite side of where they just played through, Players just follow their pass to the next cone.
After the first block of 7 minutes do another block following the same sequence only this time the players may only use their non-dominant foot the entire time.
The progression ( B )is now the players start the same way by playing to the point of the arrow, but now the player works a 1-2 with either side of the arrow. Rotation is the same.
Focus on limiting the touches, try to aim for 2-3 touches max for this exercise, also focus on the final pass in the 1-2 not slowing down the players run make sure that the pass is forward and into space

2 touch MANDATORY
Player B standing w/out ball in either open gate.
Player A passes thru gate to player B, then moves to open gate. Player B receives with a quick 1st touch and passes to player C who reapeats the sequence. Player C joins the end of the line.
Coaching Points:
1st touch in the direction of next pass.
Active/ on the balls of your feet ready to receive a quick pass.
As you play side to side, open your hips with your first touch.
Firm passes
Check your shoulder before the ball arrives
Follow thru your pass
Progressions:
Player B steps further behind gate to take 1st touch to the outside of either cone, then pass to player C in 2 touches.

Variation A:
#1 plays across to #2. #2 plays #3, #3 sets to #4, #4 plays out and goes out.
Each pass, follow our pass.
Variation B:
#1 plays across to #2. #2 plays #4 who receives with back foot and turns to play wall pass w/ #3. #4 receives wall pass then plays out to either opp target.
Variation C:
Player #2 chooses to play #3 or #4 first, which then determines what sequence is next.
