Time: 15 Minutes
Organisation:
-6 linked 15x15 grids.
-Split players into 3 even teams.
-2 from each team in each of end grids.
-Others in middle 2 grids.
-Team designate common can freely move through all.
Exercise:
-Ball is served into the middle grids.
-Team who gains possession aims to keep the ball.
-The team in possession must stay in their designated grids.
-Common players can move throughout.
-The team out of possession can press from middle grid to end grids but only ones parralel to them.
-If they win the ball they aim to get ball to their end players and retain possession then other team press.
-Players who are in the outer grids cannot move out of their grids and press only the central ones.
-Play 5 minute phases then switch roles.

Time: 15 minutes
Organisation:
-2 linked 10x10 grids (set up as many as required).
-Split players into groups of 3.
-1 from each at each end of the grid with other in the middle.
-Middle player designated defender.
Exercise:
-Player at bottom of zone 1 starts with the ball.
-Defender starts in the middle of the 2 zones.
-Other player at the top of zone 2.
-Player in zone 1 takes the ball and aims to beat defender and get into zone 2 and play a pass to player at end of zone 2.
-The player then moves back to their zone and player in zone two performs same role.
-If defender wins the ball they switch with player they tackled.
Progression:
-If time ok and needed link all grids and play as a SSG.

Time: 30 Minutes
Organisation:
-2 pitches with 1 large goal and opposite side 3 smaller goals (if available).
-Split players into 2 groups and then into 2 or 3 even teams (dependant on numbers).
-If 3 have one team as common.
Exercise:
-Play 10 minute games or 2 15 minute halfs.
-Team attacking large goal score in their and team attacking the other way can score in any of the 3.
-Switch teams after phases to attack different goals.

Organisation:
-Grid width of 18 yard 30m out.
-Split players into 3 even teams.
-2 teams play v each other with other common player.
-4v4+4.
Exercise:
-Red and blue play v each other with yellow common players.
-Need to use extra players to create overloads and get shots off as much as possible.
-All play is in the grid outside the area with someone breaking from that grid into the area to score.
-A defensive player is allowed to track back and make a block or tackle.
-Play 5 minute spells then switch teams.
