Area 24x24 split into quarters. 1 x defender is ‘locked’ in each quarter. Remaining players work in pairs with a ball between the pair. Players are challenged to pass & receive with their partner & avoid being tackled by defenders by using turns & ball manipulation moves. Ball Manipulations: V pushes/Rollover stop/Inside outside both feet.

Area 24x24 with small goals at each end & pitch divided with a halfway line. Group is divided into 2 x teams of 6, with 3 players in each corner. Ball begins with player in one corner who passes across the area to player in opposite corner. Players then play 2 vs. 2 & pair receiving the ball attempt to score in goal furthest away from them. They cannot score until they have either combined with team mate or crossed the halfway line. If defending pair win the ball they look to score in same way. Once play is dead, players swap ends & next 2 vs. 2 begins. Turns: Inside Cut/Squeeze Turn/Step over inside. Ball Manipulations: V pushes/Rollover stop/Inside outside both feet.
