Organization:

Instructions:
1. One player at a time dribbles at the cones and performs the move.
2. After executing the move, they must get their head up and make eye contact with next player in line.
3. Next player goes once player make eye contact.
Coaching Points:
1. Identify space ahead.
2. Drive at speed using Messi Touches
3. Drag the ball across the body with sole of the foot
4. Push the ball out at an angle and in the opposite direction of where the ball was dragged across.
5. Final touch bid and out of feet, to bring head up.
6. Ball cut back in behind the defender to avoid recovery.
7. Next Action.

Instructions:
1. Defending player plays into the attacking player.
2. Defender immediately applies passive pressure by standing in the gate in the center of the grid.
3. Attacking player performs move and accelerates into the gate.
Coaching Points:
1. Identify space ahead.
2. Drive at speed using Messi Touches
3. Drag the ball across the body with sole of the foot
4. Push the ball out at an angle and in the opposite direction of where the ball was dragged across.
5. Final touch bid and out of feet, to bring head up.
6. Ball cut back in behind the defender to avoid recovery.
7. Next Action.
Progression:
Turn it into a race where the defender must stay in the central gate until attacker performs move. After the attacker execute the move, the defender may try to win the ball back.
