3v3 or 4v4 where the aim of the game is to pass and receive the ball in the end goal. The end goals are the long spaces behind the line of red cones. A goal is scored when a successful pass is completed. Once a successful pass is scored, the ball starts with the defending team to attack and try to find a pass into the opposite end goal.
Progression of this game would be transitions and pressing, so when a successful pass is scored, the scoring team can immediately turn and work the ball back to the opposite end to score again. The defending team switches sides and can try to win the ball back closer to the end goal.

Warm Up: Dribbling & Ball Work
Each player has a ball and works around the space, moving through the gates and hoops, and counting points as they do. Play a competition to get through as many gates as possible in 1 minute. Progression would be to dribble using the weaker foot only, and performing skills through each gate or hoop. Progression further would bring the cones on each side into play. Each side/cone is given a football team name. At any time, coach can shout a team name and everyone has to dribble to the line and stop the ball.
