Flow pattern working on baseline circle entry via the T spot.
Short sharp passes to start the drill with lateral movements and then finding a strong lead to the T spot from a player starting in the circle (make sure they don't arrive too at T spot too early).
Dribbling on baseline looking for great ball carry position, with possibility of continued dribble, pass or shot at goal. (Check foot and ball position for this).
Add defenders if you want to increase difficulty and challenge attackers to be more clinical under pressure.
Put forfeits in place if the quality and outcomes are not as good as you want (i.e 10 balls each side and wanting 7 shots on goal....allows 3 mistakes in the build up)
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Hockey images.
Same rotation cycle as above exercise with 2 defenders.
Defender starting inside the circle to apply pressure to the baseline lead.
Defender starting outside the circle as a jump back defender to make more game realistic and to ensure attacking execute the skills at speed.
