Organization:
1. 7x7 grid size.

Instructions:
1. Players will be involved in a 3 v 1 rondo activity.
2. Objective: Possess/retain away from defender.
3. If players complete 10 passes on a row without losing possession, central player stays in.
3. Dynamic Stretches will included during the warm up.

2. Accuracy & Pace of pass.
3. Supporting player on the ball (correct angles & passing lanes)

Organization:

- Group Of Players Per Station
Instructions:
- Part 1: 1 minute & 30 Seconds - 2 Reps (Both Feet & Individual Skills) - 30 second
rest.
Part A-
- Both Players will start off to dribble an angle to the outside of the
cone and perform the inside/outside cut turn.
- Once turning skill compelted - Player must accelerate to the
opposite starting point.
Coaching Points:
1. Close Control (Small Touches).
2. Slightly slow down on the approch as arriving to pressure.
3. Knees bend (To have platform & balance when turning away from pressure)
4. Body in between the ball & defender to protect the ball.
5. L-Shape Arm to protect against the defender (create a separation betweeen the ball/defender. 5. Once executing the turning - look to attack with the ball at speed (Penetrate)

Organization:
- 3 Circuits Training Activity
- Group of 4-6 Players per station.
-Size: 15x10
Instruction:
- Each Station: 1:30 Minute - 4x Reps (After every practice round make it into a competition "POINT WHEN PASS REACHES TO THE OPPOSITE TARGET PLAYER).
- Rotate Central Player after every round.
Part A:
- Two Central Player starts off in the middle. Player A slightly checks to the ball and Player B checks to the ball and recieves th pass target to pass to Player A. Player A recieves and passes to Target Player. Same Pattern repeats in the opposite side. - Progression: 1 touch pass from Player B to Player A.
Part B:
- Two Central Player starts off in the middle. Player A starts off his position slightly next to manneuqinn and check at an angle to recieve the ball from Target Player. Player A Passes Player B who connects a wall pass to Player A. Player B recieves and connects a pass to Target Player. Same Pattern repeats in the opposite side.
-Part C:
- Two Central Player starts off in the middle. Player A checks to the ball and connect a double pass with target player. Player B stays high and checks to recieve the pass from target player and connects a one touch pass to Player A. Player A recieves and passes to Target Player. Same Pattern repeats in the opposite side.
Coaching Points:
1. Technical Sharpness on Distribution (GRASS CUTTER PASSES "SHARP & QUICK").
2. Check Over Shoulder - Awareness of Space/Supporting Options
3. Timing of Movement to Support the player.
