Technique of the week - Outside Chop
1) Run to middle, change direction, run back (focus on squarely planting feet to change direction)
2) Outside chop - Drive, fake, change direction, explode with ball out of feet
3) Compete -- relay race

A) 4v0:
Introduce concepts:
- body open to field
- sharpening
- receive far foot
- communication
B) 4v1:
Rules:
MUST receive ball with foot that is farthest from passer (open body position).
MUST create angle by sliding to nearest cone.
MUST play 2 touch.
MUST say name of who you are passing to.
C) 3v1:
No restrictions. If defender wins ball they switch whoever lost it.
