Screen 1 (45 mins)

1) wide players checks to the ball to drag defender in and create space in behind.

2) full back looks at wide player then fires ball into the striker who has checked infront of post.

3) fwd takes a touch if necessary and plays in to space in front of wide player for them to cross first time

4) 2nd striker goes to front post, opposite wide player attacks far post, lay off striker trails top of the box

Timing of movement to beat offside

making eye contact with wide players and forward

dont be afriad to play the ball in at speed

timing of the runs into the box (don't be in too early)

Screen 2 (45 mins)

1) wide players checks away like he is running in behind drag defender in and create space in front.

2) full back looks at wide player then fires ball into his feet (away from the defender) and begins overlapping run

3) wide player takes a touch inside and away from defender and plays in to the striker who has checked to the ball

4) striker plays the same pass as previously, into the overlapping full back who crosses it first time

4) 2nd striker goes to front post, opposite wide player attacks far post, lay off striker trails top of the box, wide player supports underneath for anything being cleared out of the box for them to return it.
