Organization:
4 mini goals 6-8 yards across from each other and 2-3 yards apart
Instructions:
Server plays into central server or can score straight away
If GK secures ball he can score in any goal also - Must be quick!

Organization:
Instructions:
Ball starts from coach who rolls or bounces ball back to GK. GK then begins distribution.
GK looks to shift the ball from one side to the other using both hand and feet distribution techniques
2 rep in both directions then switch
1. Full back to full back. (switch)
2. Involve 6 and 8 to look to penetrate
Coaching Points:
Roll-

Opposite leg steps toward target and bends knee
Other hand out pointing to target
Body low to the ground
Ball released just off the ground
Overarm Throw-
Ball placed in one hand
Opposite leg steps forward with knee slightly bent
Other arm out infront pointing at target

Ball released quickly over shoulder
Receiving -
Accept the ball into feet but with a big enough touch to allow next action to be the pass.
Angle of first touch. Forwards towards next pass not behind.
Passing -
Ankle locked
Heel down, toe up
Follow through to target
Standing foot pointing at target
Set before each Service
Communication-
Verbal - Demanding the ball loud and clear
Non Verbal - showing the server where you want to receive the ball - Feet/Back foot/ Into space
Progressions:
Servers to add pressure after each pass

Set up as shown with no cones so the area is more natural and realistic for GK

Instructions:
Wide server 1 starts with a pass to server 2 on edge of penalty area.
Server 2 strikes the ball after 1 touch. Service in frame to begin with then into diving.
GK then recovers quickly to distribute quickly with hands to goal
2 sets each side and then rotate.
Opposite side if 2 goals available.
Coaching Points:
Step into the line of the ball with nearest leg
Bend knee in direction of the ball
Attack ball with hands
Head moves behind hands
Arms away from body
Side contour hand position
Controlled collapse over knee to the ground
Hands finish in front of feet
Progressions:
GK rolls back to central server or different server for a shot on goal.

Instructions:

Server 2 can also play to server 3 who can take on GK 1v1 looking for a block save.
If GK secures the ball he looks to score in either small goal as quick as possible. Server 1 and 3 can recover to block the goals.
If GK scores he stays in. If not, rotate.
