THIS IS A 2 PART DRILL.
1. PLAYERS ARE DIVIDED INTO 2 TEAMS, AND BROKEN UP INTO 4 GROUPS, i.e. yellow team and orange teams.
Setup 4 cone at corners and 4 cone obstacle in center, there should be 7-10 steps (21-30 feet) between outside cone and center.
- player will split into groups and start on each corner.
- player 1 from each team will start, and sprint and run in and out the cones (zig-zag), get a small round cone and pick it up and run to opposite side, where their teammate will then do the same until all cones are picked from the field.

Next player will now go. but must run, get a ball, and dribble in and out of their assigned obstacle (cones), place ball in their rings, and than tag the next player to go.
* Do this until all balls are in their ring: team that has most balls wins.
PART 2
Players will do same drill except that now players will remove ball from opponents ring and dribble back and shoot in to their assigned goal. drill is complete when all balls are shoot. The team with most ball in the goal wins
