I. SAQ Ladder Work (5 minutes)

 - Down in the ladder (5 progressions) 

 - Back 12 yards Dynamic Movements 

II. Technical Passing (10 minutes) 

 - 3 or 4 man passing combinations (forward, negative, movement - forward, advance to next line, 1'2 combination) 

III. 2 v 2 + N (15 minutes)

 -  The N in the central area  creates a numbers up scenario 3 v 2 in the middle of the grid 

 - The on either side serve as targets for the attacking team ultimately giving a 5 v 2 when in possession  

 - The attacking team is trying to break the lines to play into targets on either side for a point

 - The ball must go through the middle of the field into either target

IV. 3 v 3 + N (20 minutes) 

 - GK starts with the ball from goal kick or off the save 

 - The attacking team is in a 5 v 3 scenario with the two CM who will serve as neutral player trying to break the lines 

 - If the attacking team can find success through the middle they can score on either small goal or dribble through middle gate 

 - If the defending team (3 in yellow to start) win possession then the neutral in red joins their team making it a 4 v 4 to goal.

 - all laws of the game apply (i.e corner, throw ins etc)
