Screen 1 (15 mins)

Objective

To score a pass through a gate to a teammate must be executed and possession must be maintained after the pass. Cannot score through the same gate twice. Another variation to score could be to dribble though the gate.

Coaching Points

- Quick control pass actions of the ball

- Support and timely movement from teammate to support/recieve ball through the gate

- Creative passing

- Good decision making, do not force if not on as there are other scoring options that may fare better

- Mobility to support off the ball
