Organization:
20x30 divided into 3 zones (middle zone smaller than outer ones). A goal set up centrally in the middle zone with a goalie. Players split in half in the outer zones. Balls by coach on the sideline.
Instructions:
Ball is played into one of the outer zones where the players try to connect 3-5 passes before they are allowed to shoot at the goal in the middle. As soon as the ball is played into an outer zone, the other team can send 1 defender (to start, will progress to 2 defenders) to try to win the ball. If the ball goes out of bounce, the ball starts from coach who plays the ball into the correct zone.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Work as a team to find shooting opportunities
- Create space to shoot
- Observe goalie when shooting
Regressions/Progressions:
P- add another defender
R- less number of passes before allowed to shoot

- 4v4 game with goalkeepers. 3 Teams, winners stay on. 1 goal, or 2 minute games.

- Creating space as a team (width, depth and length)

Organization:
Two teams.
Instructions:
Red players with ball dribbling in the area.
Yellow players in pairs passing with each other.
Yellow gets a point for passing between gaps created by other players.
Red gets point for passing though gapes created by other players.
Change dribblers and passers every 60 seconds.
Coaching Points:
Correct passing technique.
Anticipation of movement from supporting players - players on the run.
Angle of approach.
Progressions/Regressions:
P: Players dribbling with the ball can block the passing lanes.
