Possession (20 mins)
4v4 Possession Game with 4 support players.
Team must play 5 passes in one half (support players can be used) then look to play across the area to the opposite target players. Once ball is switched, all players sprint across to support and the game continues from the opposite half.

SSG (30 mins)
4v4 with a 3rd team (yellow) operating as wide support players and end zone targets (all on 2 touch max)
To score, team must play into their target, recieve back and score outside the shaded area. Defending team try to screen and block passes into opposing target. Teams cannot pass backwards to their own target (must try to play forwards at all times)
Progression - Teams can pass to the target in their defensive zone and he then takes 1 touch out of the shaded area and becomes a 5th player for them making a 5v4. He is replaced by a wide support player incase the other team regain the ball (he then goes to take their place)
