GK starts in middle
Two servers wide - ball in hands for servers
Blue server in middle - ready for strike or volley
Wide server tosses to GK opposite hand
GK turns back to middle for service from middle
GK turns to other wide server for service to opposite hand
Repeat as desired
Variations - use different balls, catch with two hands, collapse dives, collapse with parry
CPs: hand-eye coordination, balanced set, prepare hands

Set up as shown in graphic - three servers, one worker at a time.
GK sets in middle, on Server 1 pass - GK slides across goal and gets set for angled shot
Server 1 passes to Server 2 across the goal (can vary distances)
Server 2 strikes on goal, GK looks to save (ball is live)
GK works back to middle of goal for shot (can be from top or elsewhere)
Server 3 strikes shot from top (or elsewhere) -- GK saves and ball is live
Variations: Add distribution to wide player or mini goal, add "deflector" for the shot from the top), add mannequins
CPs: Quick feet, balanced and strong in set position, stay engaged

Old School Activation (10 mins)
Simple activation work to prep GKs for various actions.
Notably, get in a warmup of movement prior to activation
1) GK side on, server calls Turn, GK turns square to server for volley - Reps as desired
2) GK double-tap footwork over line/hurdle/cone then set for volley - Reps as desired
3) Spread save position for volley - stretch out hips and hamstrings - Reps as desired
4) Butt-Knees-Feet - get used to hitting the ground - Reps as desired
CPs: Build in pace as we go along, touching on footwork/handling/spread shape/diving, technique is important
