SET UP:
- Ball mastery warm up. Focus on 1v1 moves that will be applicable for the session (fients/fakes/double movements).

SET UP:
- Progression on ball mastery. In same area, in pairs one player tries to retain possession and keep the ball away from their partner. The partner tries to tackle and win the ball back.
- Progress to include a neutral (bounce) player. To score, the player with the ball must play a bounce pass (one-two) with the neutral player.

POTENTIAL PROGRESSIONS:

SET UP:
- 2v1 box passing game. Attacking players start on the outside of the box with the ball. They are not allowed to enter the box.
- The defender starts in the box. They are not allowed to leave the box.
- To score, the attackers must play the ball through the box for a teammate to receive.

- HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE BALL (INSIDE OF FOOT - HEEL DOWN TOE UP. OUTSIDE OF FOOT - HEEL UP TOE DOWN)
POTENTIAL PROGRESSIONS:
- Include multiple defenders and more attacking players.
- Defender is able to pressure and tackle to win the ball.

SET UP:
- 1v1 game on pitch with 2 neutral players on side of pitch.
- Both players start in centre of pitch. The attacker must move to create space to receive the ball. When they are in space they can use the neutral players to attack and score. If the defender wins the ball, they can score in the opposite goal (also using the neutral players).

- Remove Neutral players after pass (1v1 only to promote 1v1 skills used in previous weeks).
