7x14 grids
7 player grid divided in half
8 player grid with a central hold up player channel
9 players add a blue and green into starting half. Play 4v2 and move 2 blue and 1 green across on advance
Blue plays 3v1 in lower grid
Blue attempts to retain possession and connect 5 passes
After 5 passes are connected blue shall:
(7) pass into the upper grid to an open player and a player from the lower that did not pass the ball in may join the upper grid to create the 3v1
(8) pass into the hold up channel and a player from the lower grid that did not pass the ball should make a run into channel to receive a pass then pass into the upper grid. Player that ran into the channel should stay and the hold up player should move into upper grid to create the 3v1

15x36 grid (use grids set up for passing activation)
14 players as shown
15 players play 4v2 on one side
16 players play 4v2 on both sides
17 players play 4v3 on one side (increase width of space)
Play starts on either side with 3v2
Blue in possession attempts to connect 5 passes then play into central hold up player
Blue can use the target player but does not count as a pass
After playing into target a blue player that did not pass the ball in should make a run in to receive a pass then passes into the opposite grid. Blue player that ran in should return to his grid.
That grid should then play to target player
Play continues with connecting 5 passes in that grid after hitting target player
Timing of runs - we want to receive on the run and not standing in the areas
