Build Up Passing (20 mins)

Organization

This technical pattern takes place in a 25 by 35-yard area and focuses on playing out from the back. We setup with 8 cones, with one player starting on each one except for the 1st station, where 2-6 players will be positioned. To begin, our two center backs will combine before passing inside to the CDM who will play forward to our CAM. The CAM will set the ball back for our outside back/fullback, who plays it out wide for our winger. They will play the ball across for the opposite winger who repeats the pattern in the opposite direction. Each player will follow their pass to the
next station.

Be creative in creating other passing  options for players to connect
