Method: Players all have their activation bands they arrange themselves in two lines facing each other. Coach picks one to start and they each call the next player when they finish their part coach or team mates will prompt if player is stuck on any exercise.
Exercise:
BAND ABOVE KNEE
Squats X10
Crab walk left X3 then right X3, = 1 Set. Do 2 Sets
BAND AROUND ANKLE
Crab walk left X3 then right X3, = 1 Set. Do 2 Sets
Left Foot back, to the outside forward, = 1 Set. Do 4 sets on each foot
Box walks Side step, Forward step, Side step, Back step, = 1 set. Do 2 sets on each side
Lateral Jumping Jacks X10
Linear Jumping Jacks X10
Side Leg raises L X6 R X6 = 1 Set, Do 2 Sets
Straight Leg raises L X6 R X6 = 1 Set, Do 2 Sets
BAND AROUND FEET
Knee raises L X6 R X6 = 1 Set, Do 2 Sets

Method: 2 lines 5 yards apart, consisting of 6 cones 5 yards apart, two lines of players work down through the center (Red arrow) and back on the outside (Black arrow) only perform the exercise on red arrow jog back on black unless informed differently
