Backfoot Finishing:
Players line up with soccer balls on opposite sides of the goal. Player one checks to the center cone and away, while calling for the ball. The player 2, in the opposite line, then plays the ball across to player 1's back foot. They then receive and shoot on goal.
Coaching points:
Check to and away from the cone
Call out loud for the ball
Play to the back foot
Receieve with back foot
First touch out from under their body, prepping for the shot

Organization:
2 lines of players just inside half of 9v9 field, each player needs a ball.
Game:
Blue will attack goal 1v0 and has 5 seconds to get a shot off. Once the shot is off, red will attack 1v1 against blue. 5 minutes then rotate sides.
Coaching Points:
-Go at speed
-Striking technique
-ball at an angle, toe pointed down, strike with laces, plant foot next to ball, land on shooting foot.
-Pick a corner (look at where keeper is)
-Which moves are good at speed (scissors, lunge, fake shot)

2v2 Transition:
When the ball goes out of bounds on your half or opposition scores a goal, next group comes in with the ball to transition quickly.
CP:
Fast transition with the ball
Movement off of the ball to get open
Look to go forward as quickly as possible
Quick transition to defensive position

Ajax Square Passing
Ajax Passing:
Ball is played around the box. Players follow their pass afterwards to the next cone. Do a few minutes to the right and a few minutes to the left.
Coaching points:
Check off the cone
Receive with backfoot
Using proper receiving/passing technique (toe up, ball in front of you not to your side)
communicate where/ when you want the ball (verbal + nonverbal communication)
Make it a competition to make it fun (race with another group or how many times cab you get around the box in (x) minutes)
