set up 10 x 15 area with two groups of 3. defenders start with ball and serve ball to attacker who looks to score, defender looks to steal ball and score on opposite goal. once goal is scored, the goalscorer becomes defender and defender attacks at speed. each player has turn to attack or defend, then join back of their starting line. If ball goes out of play, other player dribbles ball in but now play first goal to win.
