COMMUNICATION-DECISION-EXECUTION

• Server starts with ball into either Blue or Black players.
• On 1st touch 2 x Yellow players enter end zone to press and win ball.
• 3 x Yellow players stay in central zone to cut out through ball. (slide with ball + stay compact blocking passing channels).
• Blues get (3/5) touches and must switch play out to Black team.
• Attacking teams must stay in their end zones.
• Start with 3 minute rounds [Anaerobic conditioning] with same team in middle- then rotate.
• Defending team gets 1 point per win of ball / Attacking teams get 1 point for every successful switch.
• Progression 1: Reduce rounds to 1 minute + increase tempo of both Def / Att sides.
• Progression 2: Transition on every ball won [eg. Yellow wins ball from Black- Black T2D + Yellow now in possession with Blue].
• Progression 3: Defending team Transition 2 goal.
