A Balance training and Dynamic stretching
B Speed and agility course
C Ball mastery and juggling (teach different types of foot work everday day, set rep range and juggle when finished) correct those who do it wrong to create efficiency
D fast foot work into 1v1 passing and reacting( do 2 touch passing and when coach says go, the player who has the ball musttake on the player 1v1 for 15 seconds before restart
