Organization
- 2 teams
- Reds Ball Each
- Blues 1 ball between them
Instructions
- With 1 ball blue must keep possession of the ball
- Red team must dribble their ball and act as interference to the blues
- Every pass counts as a point and roles are switched after a few minutes.
Coaching Points
- Check the shoulder to see the open player
- Quality of pass
- Quality of first touch
Progressions/Regressions
- Every pass between two defenders counts as a point.
- If a ball is intercepted the team must start from zero.

Organization
- Two 40x30 area (on for each team)
- Field divied in half
- Balls start with coach
Instructions
- Two teams on each side are numbered.
- The coach will play a ball into one of the sides and call a number
- The defender from the opposite side comes in to try and win the ball
- If the play breaks down, players go back to their team and the ball is played in to the opposite team

Scenario 1
- Coach speaks with each teamand gives them a method they have to score.
- One team must score from a cross
- The other team have to make 5 passes to score
Scenario 2
- Magic men are chosen for each team. If a magic man scores the game is over.
- Teams must discuss how they are going to play in order to get the magic man to score.

Organization
- Two 20x10 areas
- 4-5 players per team
- Ball Each
Instructions
- Both teams are numbered 1-5.
- The coach will introduce ball mastery for players to perform.
- If a players number is call they must dribble into the other teams square first for a point.
- Once all players have switched the team with the most points is the winner.
Coaching Points
- Awareness of other players.
- Can players run with the ball when their number is called.
- Can they use various changes of direciton when in their squares.
Progressions/Regressions
- Coach can call the same number twice forcing the players to turn.
