Start, restart with GK. Blue team must play out below head height and score in the mini goals.
Red team must retreat outside penalty area until the GK plays the ball.
Red team to press and win the ball back. Must score within 6 seconds. Offside in play for Reds.
3 minutes x 3 reps with 2 minutes rest between.
Pressing triggers: 1. Poor first touch, 2. Square balls, 3. Receiver drops his head to receive the ball, 4. Opponent facing his own goal, 5. Poor pass, 6. Receiver has limited options

Passing warm up (15 mins)
Phase 1 Players pass left and move right. Dynamics individually as required.
Phase 2 Players pass right and move left. Dynamics individually as required.
Phase 3 Players pass left and move right. Players opposite receiving(indicated blue in diagram) players move as the pass is played and close down the receiving player's right hand side so forcing the pass left. Pressure only. Closing down players join the station they have closed down.
Phase 4 Players pass right and move left. Repeat as Phase 3
Phase 5 Closing players decide what side they are to close. Receiving player must adjust and play opposite side. Still move the opposite way than the pass i.e. pass right move left, pass left move right.
