Set Up:
Groups of 4, in teams of 2. Each team has its own goal that is 7-10 yards in width. Goals are 12-15 yards apart.
How it works:
One player will serve their teammate and the teammate returns the ball using aireal skills outlined below. The team contunies this until getting close to the goal and they perform that same skill but try to finish on the opponent's goal. To score, ball must be waist height or below. Both players in goal can try to save the ball.
The game continues with the other team doing the same. Alternate player roles each possession.
Aireal Skills:
- Inside foot receiving (both feet)
- Laces (both feet)
- Thing control, any part of foot (both legs)
- Chest Control, any part of foot
- Heading
Distance from goal on finish: Coach can decide how close the player can be to finish, generally around 5 yards away from goal the players should finish.
Progession:
Partners juggle across before finishing.
Keys:
1. Eye on ball, work off toes
2. Lock ankle (when appropriate)
3. Follow through
4. Precision over power.
5. Hit low

Set up:
Striker line is 6-8 yards from box. CM line is 15-20 yards from box. W line is near sideline and 15 yards from box. Adjust distances to what works best!
Balls begin with winger line.
How it Works:
Different sequences of passing is used to create crossing situations. CM and S are players who make runs in to finish crosses.
Switch sides after each cross.
Choice of rotation: Can keep wingers the same or rotate each line clockwise (right side) and counter clockwise (left side).
Movements for cross:
1. One player front post
2. One player far post.
Front post: Go away from goal then cut in so can get there quickly.
Far post: Curve run so that the attacker is able to cut off crosses played behind front post and also be able to attack over hit crosses.
Passing Sequences:
1. W - CM - S - W then cross.
2. W - S - CM - W then cross.
3. W - CM - S - CM - W then cross.
Progression:
Introduce cut back option, where one player fakes to go inside and looks to receive at top of box for shot.
Finishing Keys:
1. Players have determination to score (not just making slow runs into box).
2. Players delay/time their runs into scoring area (just before 6 yard box) until cross is ready to be played.
3. Attack the ball as it comes in.
4. Aim low (head down) and use inside of foot most times on finish.
5. Communication between attackers.
6. Attack different areas to score (one player front post, the other back post and another for cut back option).
Crossing Keys:
1. Touch inside and ahead before cross so body can get around ball.
2. Look up as touching inside to find target.

Set up:
Grid is 5 yards from box. Grid is 15-20 x 20-25.
2 teams inside with support players on outside. Neutral players can be used inside as well. If only enough for 2 teams (i.e. no outside support) then create numerous neutrals.
How it works:
Team needs to complete 4 passes before through ball can be played for a teammate to cross. Teams can use neutral players on outside.
Once ball is played defending team cannot stop attack.
Attacking team should have 2 players making run in box for cross.
If attacking team scores then they keep possession, but if they miss then opposing team starts with ball.
Progession: Defending team can have 1 player defend cross.
