Method:
Players in pairs on by line and centre of 9 a side pitch. Ideally where they would be crossing the ball to and from.
Ball is kicked from a dead ball position with weak foot only, controlled stopped and played back.
Coaching Points:
Technique, accuracy, pace of pass and height of pass.
This is to develop muscle memory.
Also focus on one touch of receiving the pass.

Method:
Coach Mimics the run up to a free kick.
Simple shuttle sprints. Blue to Red to yellow.

Practice the calls including the holding call.

Method:
Set up to defend a free kick as above.
Hold a line just outside the goalkeepers box.
Striker remains high. Goal Keeper is outside 6 yard box, but not as far as penalty spot.
Coaching Points:
During the organisation a player will shout out loudly who is going to win the ball.
If he calls the name of a player on the team (e.g. RONANS BALL) they hold the line, if they call the name of a player that is not on the team (e.g. FRANKS BALL) they push out on the free takers run up.
If one player is not concentrating or doesn't hear the call it will be a disaster and opposition will more than likely score.
Loud clear communication. Player making the call (and vary the name) has to make a call at every free kick or corner.
Body shape and body language.
Cannot be over used, once or twice a game only.
