Technical - evasive dribbling combinations (20 mins)
Change of direction variations technical activity. Players execute 2 quick change of direction combinations in middle portionthen carry ball past end line where next players waits to go.

Skill - evasive dribbling rondo (20 mins)
3v1 individual possession rondo. All players start with a ball at their feet. If defender clears ball out of space, player without a ball becomes a support player, trying to keep 1 ball in play as long as possible. Defender who clears the space of the balls first wins a point for their group.

Technical - passing variations front foot passing (20 mins)
Passing variations - front foot passing diamond. Player dribbles toward middlecone and plays a front foot pass to player on outside and follows pass to that cone. Pattern continues around. Go both ways to use both feet. Paint pictures as to how this relates to game (2v1's for example). Race to put technique under pressure.
