Description
Teams must play a give and go around an opposing player in order to freeze them. Frozen players can only be unfrozen when the ball is payed through their legs. First team to freeze all of the opposing players wins.

2 cones 10 yards apart at the half, in line with the edge of the box
1 extra cone 10 yards diagonally outside.
Set this both sides of the field.
Description
The first player at cone A passes to Cone B and follows his pass. Cone B (The Center Mid) receives and turns to play the ball out wide in front of Cone C. At this point, The Center Mid makes a run into the box for the wide man to play a cross in to.
You can keep the wide players the same for 5 minutes before rotating. Cone A always moves to Cone B, and after shooting, Cone B will join the back of Cone A.

Phase 1: Dynamic Warm-Up
Complete all movements twice: Jog, High Knees, Butt Kicks, Open Gates, Close Gates, Shuffles, Lunge and Twist, High Kicks, Scoops, Sprints.
Phase 2: Footskills Warm-Up
In pairs, passing and receiving around a cone. Make sure to use all surfaces of both feet when controlling the ball around the cone. 2 touch if possible, 3 touch max.
