3 teams of 6.
In possession setup with back four, #6 & #8.
Defending team presses with 3 and 3 in middle zone
Activity:
Only defense can score. 1 point for scoring behind CB's (setup 8 yard wide gate).
Must make 2-3 passes in zone before option to transfer to far zone.
Opposite team may send a player into MF zone to help transfer.
Coaching Points:
~ COMMUNICATE - put advice on each pass
~ 2-touch rhythm - 1 touch to break pressure
~ Look for diagonal passes (instead of straight forward ones)
~ Pressing team - front 3 pressing as unit; middle 3 defending passing lanes

Setup:
30x70 grid at midfield
2 teams in shape as shown (everyone but CBs)
Activity:
Team in possession scores by passing through the gate.
Coaching Points:
~ #2/3 creating width in possession
~ When winning possession, change point of attack
~ #8/10 getting under the forwards
~ Mentality to play vertical after switching play --> i.e. score goals when the defense is moving

Setup:
2 teams lined up as shown (3 lines of players)
44x50 field
Activity:
Ball always starts from line near goal (alternate team starting play each time).
Player on ball can play in another teammate from outside up to a max of 5.
Each time an attacker is played in a defender opposite that player can enter so it's always even numbers (1v1->2v2->3v3->etc.)
When your team scores you get as many points as attackers on the field.
First team to 21 wins. If you go over 21 you must go back to 15.
Coaching Points:
~ Winning individual duels - 1v1s
~ Create defensive shape as players are added (building to back 4 plus #6)
~ Using the ball to move the defense + Movement off the ball
