  • 2 players start at point A, 2 players wait at point B.
  • remaining players stay behind in line to wait for their turn.
  • Players at A start passing and moving in a diagonal manner and give the ball to the players at B and then join the line behind.
  • Players at B receive and continue the same till point A and then join the line behind.
  • Continue the same for some time.

Mobility and finishing technical

  • 2 players start at point A.
  • remaining players stay behind in line to wait for their turn.
  • Players at A start passing and moving in a diagonal manner and once they cross the final 3rd, the player with the ball needs to finish.
  • Players on the left and right do it alternatively.
  • After the finish both players join opposite grid ( for eg: players who started on left side will join the line on the right side.
  • Continue the same for some time. 
  • Add 1 defender in each grid to add competitiveness.
