Two Yellow players A start as targets, two others play through the middle
Four Black players play as bumpers
Four White players C are defenders
To score, Yellow must connect from one one outside target to the other
Progressions
- If White team wins the ball they play to outside Yellow target players and switch with Black who become the new defenders.

Timing of movement to the ball from central players
Counter movement, bring defender away to check back into space
