Tactics
1) FB movement wide in Zone 1/2 meet, signals CDM to show into space.
2) CDM starts from behind mannequin to show into Zone 1/2 meet, Wing back checks where to send his run. for CDM to play behind shoulder or in front.

Structure:
Mannequins are set up in a middle1-2(1-4-3-3) players are set up in a middle 3( 1-4-2-3-1). Coach plays either CB or either FB to start the build up. Once ball is built up, players look to finish on net to represent playing a FB.
Zones: 3 and 4
Training load: moderate 1:1
Strategy:
Looking to show between lines/gaps of defenders, build through gaps/lines. Penetrating the lines quickly. Players need to move away from the mannequin to receive.
Key Factors: Movement between lines/ Making deceitful runs/ quality of pass/weight of pass/ slip balls/through balls.
Tactics:
1) The CAM needs to create the movement wide, or interchange between the CDMs2) CDMs need to be 10 yards apart playing off each other

Structure: 2 grids - 18 yards by full width. outside channel in each half. Two teams of four plus goalkeepers play in an area twice the size of the penalty box. A third team of four players waits outside the area. The play always starts with one goalkeeper throwing the ball to his teammates. The team that scores stays on and plays the team that was off.
Zones: 3 and 4
Training load: moderate to high - 2 sets of 2 min 1 min res WRR 2:1
Strategy: Move into a position to create time and space on the ball.
Key Factors:
Early pressure on the ball/ Cover around the first defender and the ball / Balance / Commitment - Desire to win the ball - Desire to defend your goal
Tactics:
1) Players need to maximize space in small area.
2) As GK plays ball out, interchange needs to happen between deepest player and weak side player.
3) stretching the field to create goal scoring opportunities

Player 9 plays a pass back to 6. player 9 runs forward and checks back to receive a pass from player 6.
Player 9 sets a pass back to player 10 . Player 7 recognizes this triggers his movement forward to receive a pass from player 10 in between Centre backs and full backs.
Progression : player 10 is changed for player 8 (not in above image) Player 11 (winger ) and player 10 can make two central runs in between both Centre backs. same sequence applies but player 8 plays a forward ball to 11 and 10.

Interior Square(red) = 6 yards x 6 yards/Exterior Square = 20 yards by 20 yards/ Players are split up evenly on exterior square corners running to interior square then returning back to original line.
