2 sided rondo drill-Practices holding possession on offense and quickly adjusting on defense and composure. 6:15-6:30
Set up on 2 sided playing field like pictured, ball starts on one side, passing between the 4 outside players while inside players(pennies) defend. Make 4 consecutive passes, switch the ball to the other side. Defenders then switch with the play, meanwhile the two on the long sides switch down to get open for a pass, and the player on the middle line turns to be open as well.
Focus on not staying stagnant, move to where they can pass to you.
If not enough players to divide into 2 groups, make field larger, put an extra defender and extra man on middle line.

3v2,2v1-Works on switching from offense to defense, playing quick, communication. 6:35-6:50
Line up as pictured, balls stored in the goals. Goalie on 3 side starts with ball, rolls out to one of the 3 teammates, who then attack against 2 defenders coming from the other side. Play switches either on a shot, or turnover, when the player who shot or lost the ball switches to defense to quickly defend against the two previous defenders, who are now attacking. Once that play ends, reset the lines and go again.
After awhile, switch which team has 2 and 3 lines so both teams get a chance to start.

Offense drill-Making runs into the box. 6:55-7:10
Player 1 dribbles up to pole, quick cut around, shot. Then turns around.
Player 2 passes to player 1, who bounces it back to player 2 for a 1 touch shot.
When Player 2 passes the first time, that is the que for player 3 to pass to player 4.
Player 3 overlaps and player 4 passes down the line.
Player 3 crosses the ball to the runners.
Runs: 1-Front Post, 2-Back Post, 3-Crossing, 4-PK Spot
