Organization: As above. Two grids 15x30. Players play 3v3 in grids. Balls with coach.
Instructions: Players play 3v3 in the grid and score a point every time they connect a pass with the target player. Target player must stay on line to receive the ball. Players must move the ball quickly in order to score.
Coaching Points: 1) Look for splits in the defense to score 2) Move the ball quickly from side to side to unsettle defense 3) Quick transition to defense if we lose the ball.

Organization: Grid as above. Two halfs of 20x40 each. On defending half, players play 2v3 and attacking half 3v2. Ten total players.
Instructions: Players play soccer but must stay in their half of the grid. Players must play a penetrating pass to other gird to score. Players can score from the defensive grid.
Coaching Points: 1) Head up to see passes and splits in defense. 2) Quickly get the ball upfield as it creates a numbers up situation 3) Direct balls to penetrate the defense.
Progressions: 1) Free play 5v5 (or 4v4 with keepers)

Warmup (30 mins)
Organization: All players with a ball in the grid. Grid approx. 30x40.
Instructions: Players start with juggling. 3 minutes of any juggle, 3 minutes of feet only juggling, and 3 minutes of non dominat foot juggling. Then 50 touch challenge from coach's command.

Coaching Points: 1) High quality movements and techniiques 2) Try to set a new record for yourself in juggling the ball.
Progressions: 1) Relay races with the ball (multi coloured cones, coach calls one. Players have to dribble around that cone and back to line)
