Organization:
1. 40x30 area.
2. Balls on top of blue and red cones.
3. Teams distributed evenly as shown.
Instructions:
1. 4v4+4
2. Neutral players (in red): two inside area and two outside area.
3. Teams look to knock the opposing team's balls off their respective cones.
4. Team that knocks the most off after set time wins the round.
5. Winning team stays on, losing team switches out with neutrals.
Coaching Points:
1. Head up to observe space/options.
2. Three lines of attack.
3. Movement to create angles of support.
4. Decision-making: when/where to pass.
5. Application of techniques taught in session.

2 yard target area (Red)
10 soccer balls - 4 at A, 4 at B, 2 at C
Lines A, B & C are always 4 yards apart
Distance of Line A varies depending on player age
7 to 9 years - 8 yards
10 to 12 years - 12 yards
13+ - 16 yards
Coach in position to count
Instructions:
- Player starts at orange cone
- Player passes an outside ball between the target cones
- Player must return to the orange cone between each pass
- Player then passes the outside ball on the opposite side
- Player then passes inside ball on opposite sides
- Repeat process for each line
- Challenge lasts for 30 seconds

Organization:
1. 40x30 area (adjust size as needed).
2. Players in pairs.
3. One pinnie per pair.
4. All balls in center of area.
Instructions:
1. Players hold pinnie between two.
2. They must run attached by their pinnie the entire time.
3. Player in the middle looks to strike his/her ball at pairs running around the area.
4. If a pair is struck, they immediately drop their pinnie and join the blaster in the middle.
5. If a pair run apart and drop their pinnie, they join the blaster(s) in the middle.
6. Players can only get hit below hip or knee level, depending on group dynamic.
7. Last pair remaining wins the round.
Coaching Points:
1. Ankle locked, non-kicking foot next to ball.
2. Look up at the target before striking ball.
3. Weight over the ball to keep it down.
4. Contact ball: mid-line to keep it down.
5. Contact foot: inside (for short push pass), 2nd knuckle (for driven pass).
6. Timing/disguise of pass.
Progressions:
1. Allow blasters to pass amongst themselves (i.e. use give and go, double pass).
