Explanation
(1)-W
Gk starts in the middle of square(1x). Server attempts to hit GK on the chin with a volley (under arm thrown service if required) for a W. Gk moves around the cone using small powerful steps and repeats above around each cone.

GK starts slightly in front of the back cone. Practice starts with a Volley(Thrown Service where required) for W. GK pivots hips and shuffles to cone and back to repeat.

Gk starts in a laying position. ball is played to the left of the gk (approx 1m) for low diving save with focus on hand position(one behind, one on top)

Gk starts on right hand cone. Uses lateral footwork to slide to left cone. Server(in line with left cone) push passes to hit right hand cone for low collapse save.

Explanation
Coach rolls ball to either goalkeeper. Attacking player dribbles at opposite goalkeeper. Once they enter the neutral zone attacking player looks to knock over orange cone with a side foot finish. Maximum 3 touches to get to neutral zone.
If the goalkeeper makes the save and retains possession they can attempt to immediately dribble the opposite way and score. Ball is live until until out of playing area.
