Session is used to build confidence in 1v1 scenarios, specifically using dribbling to attack open space in multiple directions.
Players should be encouraged to be brave and understand that mistakes will happen and it is ok. They should also be encouraged to work hard when they do not have the ball (defending or when they lose it) to win it back.
Questions- How can we be successful in 1v2? How can change of pace help attack space? How many times do we need to beat the defender?
Answers- Attacking the space (gap) between 2 defenders can cause confusion on which defender should tackle you, you can also separate a 1v2 into two 1v1s. If I constantly switch between fast and slow then so does the defender, making it hard for them to keep up when I slow down then speed up. You beat the defenders 1 time then use your speed or body to make sure they do not get back in front of the space you want to attack.

Play 1v1 360 to Goal
Play starts with the attackers next to one of the small goals. To start they cannot score in the goal they started at. The goal directly across will be worth 2 and the other goals are worth 1. After the attackers counts to x seconds, they can score in the goal they started at. If the defenders wins the ball, they can score in any goal for 1 and will start next round as the attackers. When you score after starting as the attackers, you switch to defenders. Play for time or x goals.

Play 1v1v1
Play starts with one of the players as an attacker and the other two are defending. Attacker can score in any of the of the other two pug goals. After the attacker counts to x seconds, they can also score in their own goal. If the ball goes out on a player, the player to (left or right, coaches choice) starts with the ball. If a goal is score, you can play make it take it, player to left/right starts, or the player that wasn't involved. Play games for x time or x goals.

Create a grid and each line on the grid gets 1 defender. Attacker starts in the middle of the grid and is trying to dribble out of the grid without the defenders tagging them or touching the ball before the attacker crosses the dribble line. Defenders can only leave their line when the ball crosses in an attempt to touch the ball before the attacker. Attacker gets a point if they dribble across any line and then touch the ball before the defender without the ball being touched or tagged by the defender. Defenders get a point if they tag or touch the ball before the dribble out happens. Defenders win if they tie or win on points.
Can make multiple changes to the game to change difficulty. (1 less defender than sides of the shape and gates that need to be dribbled through instead of entire line, after x seconds defenders can leave their line to win the ball/ tag attacker, etc.)
