Looking for the defensive team to stop crosses and deal with crosses into 18 yard area.
Using different scenarios and starting points, it gives the defending team realistic situations that will happen in a game.

Work the right side for 5 balls, then switch to the left.
Blues initially have a 2v1 overload, Red defenders need to make decisions with the holding midfielder coming over to support.

This time, servers start by passing ball into centre midfielder. Still looking for ball to go wide but play can also go through centre forwards, which will give the centre backs problems and leave holes in behind.
When reds win possession, still look to pass to servers.

Play starts with server passing into right winger. The reds look to stop crosses into box, or deal with the cross to stop Blues from scoring.
If the reds regain possession, pass into either server and squueze up.
Soon as play goes dead, ie - goal, clearance, ball goes off pitch, then server on opposite side passes into winger.
Looking for holding midfielder to provide cover for full back.
