- Make the pentagon around the ball big, force the defenders to choice who they mark
- Firm passing to the correct foot
- Coaching after every pass
- Be patient, but if you can play to the center forward do so
.

Coaching remarks supporting midfielder
- After we find the center forward one of the midfielders needs to support up the field.
- When supporting create some space between you and the forward.
- Look at the forward is you can penetrate or need to be a drop option.
- Quick finishing
.
Coaching remarks center forward
- Stay high up the field
- Make runs sideways to get open. Only drop back when the ball is being passed to beat the defender to the ball
- Receive the ball with the defender on your back
- Look at your supporting midfielder. What is the defender blocking, you pass to this supporting player or you turning and going to the goal
- Quick finishing
.
Rotation
After the ball is being passed up to the forward and 1 midfielder supports, a new midfielder comes into the field to create a 5v2 again in the midfield area. The defending team in the midfield area sub in every 2 to 3 times. The center defenders switch every 2 to 3 times. (If we play with 2 defenders there will be no rotation for the center defenders)
.
Progressions
Easier midfield area: Bigger space for the 5v2
Easier scoring area: Have the center defender back off the center forward,
Harder midfield area: Play 5v3 instead of 5v2 on midfield
Harder scoring area: The center forward plays against 2 center defenders.
