How to play:
- 2v2, +1 / +2 progression to mini goal. 11 x 15 yards.
- Score in small goals

How to Play:
- 9v9, +1 (3-4-1) Full restarts - THROW INS.
- Two offside lines - 1 point for winning ball back in same zone as you lost it in. 2 for goal, 3 for 1 touch goal.
Coaching Points:
- Organization of our shape allow for pressing moment? Are we connected?
- Prioritize where we counterpress vs where we delay force backwards?
