5v5, 3v3 in the middle plus 2 targets, 1 target on opposite corners (gates)
Instructions:
The objective of each team is to play a double pass with their target teammates to score a point. After that try to find the target across to score again (cannot score on the same gate back to back). Target players cannot move from their gates. Players in the middle cannot mark target players.
Coaching Points:
On your toes.
Heads up.
Check shoulder.
First touch.
Heel down, toes up (to receive a pass).
Quality of passing (weight and accuracy).
Progressions:
Switch target players after 5 min.
2 touches to increase intensity (play faster)

5v5 + GK (on big goal)+ 1N on each flank
4 passes to score (include N player)
N try to find the opportunity to low driven cross for teammates.
Coaching Points:
Always move.
Always look.
Recognize when to dribble, when to pass.
When crossing reinforce low driven details (as above) for a better end product.
Progressions:
After N plays in will switch with the player who played out to him.
Max 2 touches last 10 min.
